Delivery by Christmas is guaranteed for available products in stock for orders placed by the following dates:

• For Italy: Monday, December 16th. Orders placed by this date will be handed over to the courier on the following day, December 17th.
• For Europe (including the UK and Switzerland): Wednesday, December 10th. Orders placed by this date will be handed over to the courier on the following day, December 11th.

We recommend completing your purchases as soon as possible to ensure they arrive on time.

Important Notes:

• Orders placed after these deadlines and during the general holiday period will continue to be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, delivery times by carriers may be potentially longer, particularly between December 22nd and January 7th.
• For products indicated as "available upon request", the Christmas delivery guarantee does not apply. Shipping will instead follow the production timelines (generally approximately 20-25 business days).

Delivery is free for purchases of amounts exceeding € 69.90.

If the amount of your purchase is less than € 69.90, a cost will be charged as shipping:

Purchases made during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00) are processed on the same day and delivery is secured and guaranteed by our trusted courier within 3-6 working days from the moment you have made your purchase.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For these cases are executed on the next business day.

Delivery times are valid only for the items available and from the moment of shipping the item. In the event that an item has been added to cart but later became temporarily unavailable, you will be promptly notified by our Customer Service. In case it was not possible to send the full amount of the products purchased (due to technical and administrative issues) we will delete your purchase, and the entire amount you paid will be refunded.

You can now choose a new delivery method in addition to Standard Shipping: Pickup Point Delivery.

How it works:

• At checkout, select “Pickup Point”.
• Enter your ZIP code to find nearby available pickup points.
• Choose the location that suits you best.

When picking up your order:

• You’ll receive an email from the courier with all the pickup details.
• Go to the selected pickup point, bring a valid ID and your shipment code, and collect your order with ease.

Service costs

• Free for all orders of €69.90 or more.
• For orders below €69.90, a fee of €2.90 applies for Italy and €9.90 for other European countries.

Available in all EU countries. Excluded in the UK and Switzerland.

The courier does not carry call in advance and does not handle requests for delivery on specific times.

If you will be away from the delivery address, the courier will leave a coupon in your email inbox or close to your handset, in which you will be notified of the passage of the courier and you will be given the telephone number to call to coordinate the delivery.

If delivery attempts fail, the goods come into stock at the depots and you will be contacted by our customer service to provide the information necessary for the release of the stock.

In case you do not receive response within three days of receipt of the notice, the goods will fall in our stores and you will be credited the amount of the goods purchased.

We can also deliver to an alternative address (eg your workplace): you just need to specify the coordinates for the delivery time of purchase.

For safety reasons, no deliveries are made at PO box addresses or post offices to service "poste restante".
