Returns

To place a return request, please follow the procedure below. Once the item has been shipped and verified by our staff, you will receive a credit confirmation for the amount of the refund for the disputed item. 

• Right of withdrawal (within 30 days): You have 30 days from the invoice/shipping date to return an item free of charge by exercising your right of withdrawal. In this case, we will only accept unused items with their original, intact packaging. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions section. 
• Legal warranty for defective items: If the item has a defect, you can take advantage of the 2-year legal warranty, even if the item has already been used.
• Customized items (Tailor Made): The right of withdrawal for personalized products with engravings is excluded according to Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

How to request a return

1. Accessing your order

You don't need to be a registered user to start the return procedure. Click on "Find my order" at the bottom of the www.sambonet.com page. When the page opens, you can enter your email address and order number as access details on the right-hand side under the "Order tracking" section.

2. Fill out and submit the request

Once the "Order Check" has been checked, display the "Return Request" message and start your request by clicking on the "Request Return" button at the bottom of the screen, specifying the reason.

Return and refund

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email from our returns office containing a document to print and place inside the package, along with information on how to arrange pick-up with our partner courier service.

After we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund for the returned items promptly. Otherwise, our staff will contact you. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase, for an amount equal to the price of the item as indicated on the purchase documents.

You can check the status of your return at any time: if you are a registered user, access your "Personal Area"; if you are a guest, use the "Find my order" section.
