For orders below €89.90, shipping costs are:

• Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain: €9.90
• Switzerland: €11.90
• Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: €14.90

United Kingdom

• Minimum order value: £135
• Shipping is free on all UK orders

Where we do not ship

Our online shop currently ships only to the countries listed above. We do not ship online orders to Malta, Cyprus, or to destinations in Asia, Oceania and any other country not listed. For business (B2B) enquiries or special requests, please contact us.

• Shipping: orders placed from Monday to Friday are normally shipped the following business day; orders placed over the weekend are generally shipped on Tuesday.
• Delivery: handled by a selected courier, delivery generally takes place within 3-6 business days from the date the order is placed. The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
• Made-to-order products: the times indicated apply to available products only. Made-to-order products may take longer, as stated on the relevant product page.
• Item unavailable: if an item is unavailable, Customer Service will contact the customer. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the full amount will be refunded.
• Order status: always available in the account section.

In addition to Standard Shipping, you can choose Pickup Point Delivery at checkout, available only in Italy for now.

How it works

1. Select “Pickup Point” at checkout
2. Enter your ZIP code to view available pickup points nearby
3. Choose the location that suits you best

When your order is ready for collection:

• You will receive an email from the courier with all pickup details
• Bring a valid ID and your shipment code to collect your order

• Couriers do not call in advance and cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to reschedule.
• After repeated failed delivery attempts, our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the release of the shipment.
• If no response is received within three days, the order will be returned and the full amount will be refunded.
• You may choose an alternative delivery address (e.g. your workplace) by entering the details at checkout.
• For security reasons, delivery to PO boxes or “Fermo posta” addresses is not available.
