How it works

1. Select “Pickup Point” at checkout
2. Enter your ZIP code to view available pickup points nearby
3. Choose the location that suits you best

When your order is ready for collection:

• You will receive an email from the courier with all pickup details
• Bring a valid ID and your shipment code to collect your order

Orders placed Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (CET) are processed on the same business day.

Delivery is handled by our trusted courier and usually takes 3-6 working days from shipment.

• No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
• Delivery times apply only to items available at the time of shipping.
• If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after purchase, our Customer Service will contact you promptly.
• In case the order cannot be fulfilled, the full amount paid will be refunded.

You can track your order at any time from the My Account section.

• Couriers do not call in advance and cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to reschedule.
• After repeated failed delivery attempts, our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the release of the shipment.
• If no response is received within three days, the order will be returned and the full amount will be refunded.
• You may choose an alternative delivery address (e.g. your workplace) by entering the details at checkout.
• For security reasons, delivery to PO boxes or “Fermo posta” addresses is not available.
