Sambonet San Marco Cutlery set, 72 pieces

The San Marco cutlery celebrates 170 years of Sambonet hospitality culture, bringing the taste of the Serenissima to the table with Italian design elegance.

  • Historic design – a faithful reissue of the original 1948 Sambonet model, born from the moulds the company still holds, inspired by the 18th-century Venice Lagoon tradition.
  • Distinctive details – the "rat-tail" relief on the back of the spoon and fork bowls, together with sober, balanced forms, gives character to the mise en place.
  • The knife takes centre stage – a sabre-shaped blade and pistol-grip handle recall the tables of another era.
  • Balance and comfort – measured proportions and calibrated weight ensure a comfortable grip and excellent handling.
  • A complete range – build your service with fish, dessert and butter cutlery and with serving pieces, for a coordinated mise en place on every occasion.
  • Sambonet heritage – a collection that accompanies the brand's 170th anniversary, bringing a classic of the Italian art of the table back into production.

Bring Italian tradition to your table and rediscover the pleasure of hosting with elegance.

PVD, which stands for Physical Vapour Deposition, gives the objects exceptional colours and shades. It consists of the deposition of metallic particles through vaporization in a vacuum chamber. The coating is welded on an atomic level to the stainless steel, giving the material greater hardness and resistance to rubbing and corrosion, thereby preventing the formation of rust or oxides. Thanks to the use of non-toxic materials such as titanium and zirconium, PVD is also used in the biomedical field as scalpels or surgical blades.

CUTLERY+KNIVES - Cutlery must be used and handled with care to ensure the safety of the user and those nearby. Each item is designed for a specific purpose and should not be misused. Always check for defects such as loose handles, cracks, or breakage, as damaged cutlery can be dangerous—especially if a handle detaches during use. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning and maintenance. Store cutlery in a safe place, out of children's reach. Avoid leaving it unattended on plate edges or surfaces to prevent falls and injuries. Improper use can cause harm, so handle cutlery carefully and only for its intended purpose. Knives, in particular, must be held firmly, keeping fingers away from the blade to avoid accidental cuts. Use them only for cutting; avoid tasks that may damage the blade or cause injury. Sharpen them regularly—dull blades require more force and can slip more easily. When not in use, store knives with the blade facing down or securely away from people. Use them on stable, non-slip surfaces to reduce the risk of accidents. Never leave knives unattended and always keep them out of children’s reach. When washing, handle with care and avoid direct contact with the blade; use gloves or cloths if needed. Never force a knife through very hard materials—it may break or cause injury. When transporting, always carry the knife with the blade pointing down to prevent accidental cuts.
