Inspired by design to chef's cookware, Professionale collection brings functionality, the strength and quality of 18/10 stainless steel.

Inspired by the design and name of the chef's pots and pans, the Professionale series brings the functionality, quality and solidity of 18-10 stainless steel and the tradition and experience of Sambonet to the kitchen. In every technical detail the aesthetics of the collection is enhanced: if the reinforced edge is a distinctive element of casseroles and pots, the sleeve of the entire line is characterized by ergonomics and shape. The surfaces have an unusual satin finish in contrast with the other polished steel finishes. Thanks to the heat diffuser sandwich bottom (steel/aluminium/steel) the items in the collection have excellent heat distribution properties over the entire body surface, reducing the probability of overheating. Flexible, resistant and usable on all heat sources, including induction, Professional is ideal for steam cooking, constant temperature preparations and cooking in water.
